The Thai\u2013Chinese Students\u2019 Association was deeply honored to pay a courtesy visit to His Excellency Zhang Jianwei, Ambassador of the People\u2019s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Thailand.The delegation was led by Ronnakorn Rojanakanyu, President of the Association, together with Orasa Rattanamornpirom, Ph.D., Advisor to the Association; Wongsathorn Aengkumsap, Association Manager; and Jirapatch Puengsomwong, Assistant Vice President for Public Relations. All members participated in the courtesy call, which was conducted in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cordiality.<\/p>\n

His Excellency Zhang Jianwei received a briefing on the activities of the Thai\u2013Chinese Students\u2019 Association, including accounts of members\u2019 experiences pursuing further studies in the People\u2019s Republic of China. He also engaged in a cordial and constructive discussion with the delegation.On this occasion, the Ambassador commended the Association\u2019s active role and continued efforts in promoting cooperation and strengthening friendship between Thai and Chinese youth, recognizing its contribution to fostering mutual understanding and enduring people-to-people ties between the two countries.<\/p>\n

His Excellency Zhang Jianwei stated that youth represent hope and the future. He emphasized that studying in the People\u2019s Republic of China is a highly valuable experience, noting that those who have pursued their education there serve as firsthand witnesses to China\u2019s development and have directly experienced its path of progress. The Ambassador encouraged the delegation to share their observations and experiences of China with Thai peers, to continue engaging in exchanges and mutual learning with Chinese youth, and to further carry forward their role as a vital bridge in strengthening relations and mutual understanding between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n

In closing, His Excellency Zhang Jianwei conveyed his encouragement to the Thai\u2013Chinese Students\u2019 Association for its enduring role in carrying forward Thai\u2013Chinese friendship from generation to generation. He further recognized the Association as a key driving force in advancing tangible cooperation and as a leader in promoting sustained youth exchanges between the two countries in the years ahead.<\/p>\n
