Who are we?
“Thai-Chinese Students Association” is the first association that officially unites Thai-Chinese students. It was formed from a group of Thai students in China under the name “Take Thai Students Back to China Group” during the period when the People's Republic of China is closed due to the outbreak of the COVID-19. The goal is to implement the hashtag #ThaiBackToChina. And also aims to develop Thai-Chinese relations and unite Thai students who study in the People's Republic of China to be united, have unity and create good connections for the future. Currently Thai-Chinese Students Association is being supported by many companies, associations, as well as Thai and Chinese embassies, making the association strong, ready to create new experiences and activities for Thai students in China and Chinese students in Thailand, while also being a center for parents and students to exchange knowledge and experiences.

The People's Republic of China has announced a nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, preventing international students studying in China around the world from returning to continue their studies.1 กรกฎาคม 2563Take Thai Students Back to China Group
In Thailand, there has been a group of Thai students in China called the "Take Thai Students Back to China Group", which began taking action in all forms since July 1, 2020. Later, they continuously joined forces and became the hashtag #ThaiBackToChina, by making demands, suggestions, meetings, and discussions with all agencies in Thailand.23 พฤศจิกายน 2564Establishment of Thai-Chinese Students Association
The rapid growth of the group has led to the establishment of the current “Thai-Chinese Students Association”, which has been registered with the Department of Provincial Administration, Ministry of Interior. This has given the “Thai-Chinese Students Association” the status of a legal association under the Civil and Commercial Code, Sections 78-109 and other relevant sections. It is the first Thai student association in China to be legally registered.22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565Historic Flight
After more than 2 years of efforts, on February 22, 2022, the first flight of international students was able to return to the People's Republic of China since the country's lockdown in early 2020. This flight is a model that China has followed and used for students from other countries around the world as well.8 มกราคม 2566China Opens Student Visas
After the success of the 6 memorable flights, China has finally opened X1 and X2 visas for international students to return to China to study. However, the visa application process is still quite new. Since then, the association has been providing assistance, advice, and answers to questions regarding visas and traveling to China.ปัจจุบันOur Next Step
Although the association no longer operates flights, under the cooperation of various agencies, we have organized various activities, supporting all groups of participants, to provide knowledge, experience, and promote Thai-Chinese relations in line with the association’s goals.
